Oonagh Hayes, Managing Director

The Managing Director of Irish Managed Companies (IMC), Oonagh joined the Company in 1990 direct from Ernst & Young, where she had trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Under Oonagh’s leadership, IMC has built up considerable experience in helping foreign companies establish a presence in Ireland. These clients operate in a variety of industry sectors, ranging from Aviation, Media and Pharmaceutical to Manufacturing and Distribution. Oonagh acts as Company Secretary and Director on the Board of several client companies.

Andrew Ryan, Finance Director

Andrew is a Chartered Certified Accountant who completed his training with KPMG. Before joining IMC as Finance Director in 2001, Andrew worked in senior management positions with a number of companies involved in Manufacturing, Distribution and Retail. Andrew has brought this experience to bear in overseeing the Irish operations of IMC’s range of clients, where he is involved in both business development and ongoing management, as well as serving as Director on the Board of several client companies. Andrew also sits on the Board of IMC and IFG Managed Services.

Declan Kenny, Director

Declan is a Certified Chartered Accountant and has been an Executive Director of IFG Group Plc since 2004 with responsibility for the International Division.  Prior to his appointment to the Board of IFG Group Plc, he was Chief Executive of the International Division and has been working for the Group in various roles since 1989.

Kevin O'Connell, Director

Kevin holds a Law degree from University College Cork and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Ireland in 1993.  Kevin practised as a solicitor for a number of years before joining the IFG Group in 1995.  Kevin was previously Managing Director of the IFG Jersey business but since 2006 has been a director of IFG Holdings Limited, the main holding company for the International Trust and Corporate Services Division, where he is actively involved in building IFG’s business.

Geraldine Lillis, Finance Manager

Geraldine is a Chartered Certified Accountant who has trained and worked with IMC for a number of years. Geraldine has substantial experience in facilitating and assisting foreign companies with the initial set up of their Irish operation and remains closely involved in the subsequent management of those operations on a day-to-day basis. Geraldine acts as Company Secretary and Director on the Board of a number of client companies.

Yolanda Kelly, Finance Manager

Yolanda holds a degree in Finance from University College Cork and is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Ireland. Yolanda has worked with IMC for a number of years and has extensive experience in providing corporate and financial administration services to its clients. Yolanda currently manages the Irish operations of several clients involved in industries as diverse as International Property Management, Intellectual Property Licensing, Aviation and Management Consulting.

Caroline McMahon, Finance Manager

Caroline is a part-qualified Certified Public Accountant and expects to become fully qualified in 2008. Caroline has worked with IMC for several years and has gained significant experience in company formation and financial administration. Caroline is responsible for the ongoing financial management of several clients operating in industry sectors ranging from Telemedicine, Dermatological and Herbal Products, Facilities Management, and Mail Order Promotions. Caroline also acts as Director and Company Secretary to a number of clients.

Leona Owens, Finance Manager

Leona holds a degree in Business Studies form the University of Limerick and is a Chartered Accountant who completed her training with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Leona has also completed her taxation exams and is a member of the Irish Taxation Institute. Leona joined IMC in December 2007 and is responsible for IMC’s own financial management, along with a number of clients.

Eileen Flynn, Finance Manager

Eileen holds a degree in Accounting & Finance from the Limerick Institute of Technology and is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Ireland.  Having a number of years in practice, managing accounts and carrying out compliance work for Irish companies, Eileen joined IMC in November 2007.  Eileen is responsible for the financial management, corporate compliance and administration of a number of clients.
