History

IMC is part of the International Division of IFG Group PLC which is a specialist Financial Services company quoted on both the Dublin and London stock exchange and with locations in London, Jersey, Geneva, Isle of Man, Spain, Cyprus, British Virgin Islands and Ireland.

IMC and its parent company IFG Managed Services, has been in existence since 1994. This company was previously owned by the General Electric Group (GE) and in late 1999 Investec acquired the company from GE.

In May 2005, the International Division of IFG acquired IMC and its parent company, IFG Managed Services Limited. There are significant synergies between IMC and IFG International with the core area of expertise being the provision of Corporate, Financial and Managed Services to international investors setting up a company base in Ireland.
